If you follow all these tips you’ll definitely reduce the weight, but it’s not enough. You need to give some action to your body like walking, jacking, use stairs, do yoga, exercise…etc. Sleep well, if you have any stress, it may cause you to put over weight. Utilize 10 hours for sleep.

If you are foodie, you need to reduce weight. You just need to avoid these foods. Avoid Chocolate, Cake, Brownies, Potato chips, Ice Cream, fizzy Drinks or any junk food. These foods really put over weight, it has large no of fat and calories. Normally junk food is major cause for putting extra weight. Steer clear of these items.
